Delivery & Pickups

You may pick up your order from South Granville, 2142. If you select this option, you will get an email with the address once your item is ready for pickup. You must contact us to schedule a convenient time and date for the collection of your order.

We aim to ship orders promptly, usually within 1-3 business days of receiving payment. However, shipping times may vary depending on product availability and your location.

Maktub au delivers Australia wide. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please contact us if you’ll need a delivery out of Australia, our team will try our best to suit your requests.

Maktub is not responsible for any loss or damage to your product once it has been delivered.

Deliveries will only be sent out in perfect condition. Pick ups will leave us looking perfect, if for any reason you experience any issues due to manufacturing defects, please contact us within 3 days of receiving items for assistance. After 3 days of receiving your order, Maktub au is no longer responsible for the handling of your item(s).

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

All Maktub au products can NOT be returned, exchanged or refunded once item has been ordered, made, delivered or picked up. Before finalising your checkout, please double-check your order. Once your order is confirmed, we’re unable to accept cancellations.

To make any changes to an order you can send in a request instantly to info@maktub.com.au our team will try our very best to follow up your request as long as it is requested before order is packed or sent out for delivery.

If for any reason you experience any issues due to manufacturing defects, please contact us within 3 days of receiving items for assistance. After 3 days of receiving your order, Maktub au is no longer responsible for the handling of your item(s).

Maktub au accepts no responsibility for damaged items after it been delivered in perfect condition after 3 days of receiving your item.

  • Avoid bending, folding, or creasing the cards, as this can damage the material and artwork.
  • Store items in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture.
  • When displaying items, ensure they are placed on a stable and flat surface.
  • Avoid placing acrylic products near heat sources or in areas with extreme temperature fluctuations.
  • Our items are crafted with care to meet high-quality standards. If you experience any issues due to manufacturing defects, please contact us within 3 days of receiving items for assistance.

Payment

On our website, we accept PayPal and Card payments because it is one of the safest methods accessible on the internet. To checkout and pay using PayPal, you do not need a PayPal account. PayPal takes Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, and American Express.

We cannot be held liable for any delays in payment clearing, and items cannot be sent until full payment is received. We also cannot guarantee that your requested goods will be available if payment does not clear or is unable to be completed for any reason. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us. We may reject your order for any reason, including but not limited to, product availability, pricing errors, or suspicion of fraud. Prices for our products are listed in AUD and are exclusive of shipping costs, taxes, and duties unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation
